The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect escape after a day in the sun. I couldn’t get enough of the comfy sun loungers—ideal for soaking up those rays! Breakfast was delicious and set me up for a great day ahead.

The bed was quite comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I noticed a damp, musty odor in the room, which was unsettling. Noise from planes was frequent and disruptive, especially near the pool. The room lacked a fridge for leftovers, which was inconvenient. Temperature control worked fine. The TV was disappointingly small, and the internet connection was laggy. Housekeeping didn’t come during my stay, so I had to ask for additional towels at the desk. while the location is convenient, the room itself could use some improvements in comfort and amenities.

The shuttle service to the cruise terminal is a lifesaver. The staff, especially Amanlys and Melinda, are super friendly and truly make you feel welcome.
The lobby is way too small for the buzz of guests.

The ironing facilities were handy as I needed to freshen up some clothes after traveling. the heating in the room seemed a bit inconsistent, as it was sometimes a bit too warm even when the air conditioning was on. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, which were a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up. The sitting area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the bathroom seemed a little outdated and could use some renovation for a more modern look. The free toiletries provided were a nice addition, although I did notice that they were not restocked daily by housekeeping. The AM/FM alarm clock was convenient for waking up on time, but the flat-screen TV was a bit dated and not all channels seemed to be working properly. The housekeeping staff was courteous, but I did find it somewhat awkward when they shared the elevator with guests while moving their carts around. The airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, ensuring I arrived at my flight on time without any hassle. while La Quinta offered some good amenities like the airport shuttle and tea/coffee facilities, there were areas that could be improved such as room temperature control, bathroom amenities, and TV functionality. These small details can make a big difference in the experience.

The hotel was a total letdown. The room was filthy, with dirty carpets, old debris everywhere, and even hairs in the shower. It felt more like a run-down motel than somewhere you'd want to stay. Really disappointing experience!

Cleanliness was a real concern; the room carried a mildew smell, and the bathroom was not well-stocked. The bed setup was questionable, moving with the slightest touch. Despite these issues, the early check-in was a plus, and the staff tried to be accommodating. The pool was a hit with my son, and the free shuttle from the airport was convenient. Still, for $160 a night, I expected much better. Upgrades are definitely needed; I wouldn’t return in this condition.

Booked a two-bedroom suite. Received a one-bedroom. Staff claimed there are no two-bedroom suites available. Not impressed with their refusal to accept responsibility. They simply took our money. Location was convenient to the airport. Shuttle service arrived promptly. Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing to rave about. Staff were friendly, yet this could not compensate for other issues. The environment felt unsafe. Drunk guests loitered in the lobby. The room was outdated and had a strong odor. Air conditioning couldn’t mask the smell. It’s hard to overlook broken outlet covers and a dirty bathroom. This was not worth the price. Look elsewhere for better quality and service. Save your money.

The airport was conveniently close, but a car was needed to return it. The breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety. The service stood out, with Amanlys and Melinda being exceptionally hospitable, making a lasting impression. The guest staff's kindness and helpfulness were remarkable.
Disappointingly, the room cleanliness did not meet expectations. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was unkempt, with evident signs of inadequate cleaning.

Choosing La Quinta for its location near Wynwood Walls was a great decision. The free Bright Side Breakfast® and outdoor pool were delightful surprises, adding value to my stay in Miami.

During our recent family getaway at a well-known hotel chain, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff and tranquil atmosphere that perfectly met our health situation needs. The convenient transportation services , including rides to and from the airport, VA hospital, and cruise port, were a lifesaver for us as we navigated Miami with our kids. The facilities were clean and provided a comfortable stay for our large family, allowing us to recharge before continuing our journey.
My wife says that the hotel could enhance the breakfast experience for families by offering a wider variety of food options to cater to children's preferences.

Wish the hotel had a cool rooftop hangout spot for late-night chill sessions with music and snacks – would have taken the fun factor up a notch for us party animals! .

The location of this hotel was perfect for my overnight stay before a flight. The 12 o'clock check-out time was a big plus, as most hotels in the area have an earlier check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site parking was convenient. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep.
The room was not as clean as I had hoped. There were hairs in the bed sheets and the shower.
